Given just a short time on skins, this wine is only delicately orange. It is fermented with native yeasts, and has a saline minerality that reflects the coastal terroir.

About the producer: Dimitri Brecevic was born in France, but after studying oenology and working around the world in various wine regions, he decided to establish his own project in his father’s homeland of Croatia. He named his winery after the ancient Roman appellation of the local town, and his winemaking pays homage to local grapes that have been in the area since that time.
