Despite being light in body, this wine has a syrupy quality that coats the mouth along with a lovely, satisfying acidity. With an incredibly fragrant quality in the glass which is carried through to the palate, this is a stellar food wine.

About the producer: Dimitry Brečević is a winemaker born in France. He did his enology studies in Bordeaux. Then, he decided to establish in Istria a vineyard where his dad was born. Piquentum offers the typical Croatian varieties in a completely sincere way with the aim to understand the grapes and terroir of his dad's birthplace.
