A classic Lambrusco made with minimal intervention; semisecco style with a dry finish. The second fermentation takes place in bottle, giving a soft and integrated spritz.

About the producer: A traditional style of Lambrusco, dryer than we expect in this country. Made using gentle methods, with fruit of excellent quality. This little gem has bags of ripe, soft, dark fruit, prickly spiciness, a lovely savoury dryness to the finish and refreshingly frothiness.  The quality this wine is all down to the quality of the fruit and in this case, Paltrinieri have some fabulous vineyards that produce naturally healthy, well balanced fruit.  Generations of wine making knowledge have been passed on and the result is a traditional wine that is easy drinking and refreshing.
