About the producer: This is a secondary label of the ‘First Growth of the Languedoc’, Mas de Daumas Gassac. The winery was originally founded in the 1970s by the Guibert family. The estate is located on a unique, red-soiled terroir that sets it apart from its surroundings, and there are 40 different grape varieties from all around the world planted on the property. They were the first estate in the Languedoc to adopt full organic farming and their wines continue to present an extraordinarily age-worthy and distinctive expression of place.
