An unusual example of a white Merlot, expect a complex array of white peach, white flowers and even some red berries across the nose and palate. The wine spends some time in old oak contributing to both body and flavour complexity, with a hint of freshly churned butter present in the finish. A fascinating wine and a slightly different expression from Bordeaux. 

Madam, I'm Adam, Bordeaux, France - 100% Merlot.

It is owned by an Australian family who have converted the vineyard and wine making practices to being organic.Merlot vines planted on the famous clay and limestone ridge of Saint-Emilion. Aromas of fresh wild strawberry, crisp grapefruit, wild flowers and a refreshing dry body.

Tattarrattat, Bordeaux, France - 100% Merlot.

Fresh red fruits, sour cherry and some crunchy red apple on the nose, this is a delightfully fresh Merlot, a dream companion for a picnic in the park. On the palate these fresh fruits are carried over along with a touch of natural spritz. A truly modern Bordeaux, at its best slightly chilled.
