About the producer: Previously known as Chateau Pegasus, the Markovitis estate is currently run by third-generation winemaker Markos. Their focus is on the local variety  Xinomavro, which is often compared to Nebbiolo in terms of age-worthiness and character. The winery releases their wine only after significant time spent in the cellar, ensuring readiness to drink.
