Folle Blanche, also known as Gros Plant, tends to be grown in the coastal area of the Loire, and it makes a refreshingly low-alcohol wine. No oak is used; just a little time on lees. Fresh and delicately fruity.

About the producer: This estate has been cultivating vines since the 17^th century, and is currently run by 9^th generation Pierre-Marie and Marie. The winery converted fully to biodynamic in 2019 and is focused on maintaining the purity of their terroir. They have opted for producing smaller cuvées from their several plots, which are always vinified separately so as to reflect their terroir’s particular character.
