On the nose, it presents fruity notes with hints of citrus, floral and white flowers, and pineapple, along with a subtle hint of minerality reminiscent of the volcanic soil where it thrives. It has a fresh taste and light body, is savoury and rich in mineral salts with a return of citrus and a slightly smoky aftertaste.
