About the producer: This small co-operative is based in the town of Estezargues in the southern Rhône. All members employ organic practices in the vineyard, and the group oenologist, Denis Deschamps, is focused on taking as natural an approach as possible, using natural yeasts for the fermentation and avoiding fining and filtration. Through his influence, the winery has come to a new level of quality and authenticity.
