Abot the producer: This winery is a collaborative project between four friends who all met while studying oenology. They are not based in a single region, but rather are interested in expressing the terroir of various ancient wine-growing areas throughout Spain, including the Canary Islands. They use correspondingly traditional winemaking and viticultural techniques in order to allow the unique aspects of each parcel to shine.
