Almost opaque dark purple in the glass, with ripe cherry and black plum dominating the nose, plus a hint of violets. On the palate it is big and full bodied, juicy tart fruits complemented by Mediterranean herbs and oaky nuances. The acidity gives a perfect balance to the richness. A southern France hidden gem!

About the producer: 

His family have been making wines in the tiny hamlet of Lenthéric Faugères for 13 generations, but since the early 90s, Didier has pioneered sustainable winemaking practices. Today he is known for making some of the finest wines in the south of France through his uncompromising and enduring commitment to creating a rich and balanced biotope.
