Fresh and grassy on the nose, expect slight salinity and subtle nutty notes. While this is a light and bright Chablis, there is a complexity that develops on the palate with textured orchard fruits running right through to a long and luxurious finish.

About the producer: 

Making wine since the 1980's, Domaine de la Cadette turned organic in the late 90s. They originally made wine for the co-op but when the co-op didn't follow their lead in organic farming, they left and made their own wine. Dedicated to organic farming, they use methods respecting the soil, plants and environment.
