Pure and elegant but with an underlying richness and weight. Notes of nectarine and cured lemon blend with classic biscotti and hints of satisfying spice and intense minerality.
About the producer: This miniscule estate is run by winemaker Dominique Moreau, who named the winery after her grandmother. Her focus is on a number of very small-production, single-vineyard, zero-dosage cuvées, all coming from biodynamically farmed sites that exist on Kimmeridgian subsoils. Her wines tend to be initially subtle in their expression, but reward patience and really do unfurl in the glass.
