Crisp and aromatic, expect pronounced aromas of white flowers and stone fruits which are carried through to the palate. The use of Viognier gives body, with fun and freshness from the Vermentino. Excellent BBQ wine. 

About the producer: Le Bon Cote is the side project of Domaine des Lauriers and our own Ben Henshaw. It was born from a mutual desire to showcase delicious, sustainable wines from the Languedoc that offer maximum flavour and excellent value. Domaine des Lauriers certainly have a sustainable approach and are Terra Vitis certified. Their vineyards are close to the Mediterranean coast, and the wines here always have good freshness and balance.
