Light straw in colour with green hues, it has a nose of pineapple and passion fruit but tightens considerably on the palate, with Chenin's classic green apple acidity and a delicious stone-fruit bite. A super food-friendly white wine and one which will develop nicely over the next 4-5 years.

About the winemaker: Former Delheim winemaker, Reg Holder, struck out on his own in 2017 and, in collaboration with viticulturist Etienne Terblanche, created Dorper. Calling Stellenbosch home they bring modern, sensitive winemaking with Burgundian notions of terroir to South Africa’s native varieties.
