About the producer: Run by the Ilbert family, Combel-la-Serre is a winery focused on expressing the personality of the Malbec grape. Unlike many other producers in the area, their Cahors wines are not blended, but instead showcase the unique qualities of Malbec grown on their local causse soils. Their wines are therefore a vibrant and pure expression that differs from many other more serious and dense interpretations.
