A blend of 70% Garnacha and 30% Monastrel, fermented and aged in a concrete tank and eggs. A floral, red berry-fruited wine from high-altitude sites around the village of La Font de la Figuera, just outside of Valencia. It has savory, bitter-herb, Amaro-like notes and a juicy, fresh finish. Elegant style with a lovely core of fruit.
