Collaboration between Indigo wines(one of our suppliers, specialised in Spanish wines) and artisan vignerons in South Africa. Grapes come from a small vineyard called Kleinplasie. The current vineyard was established in 2011, with bush vines planted on decomposed shale soils at an elevation of 209 metres. The fruit is hand harvested, destemmed and pressed into a stainless-steel tank, where fermentation takes place naturally. Malolactic fermentation is blocked. The wine is aged in neutral vessels until bottling.

A fresh and light interpretation of Grenache Blanc, it’s aromatic with a steely citrus character. The palate has ripe pear, yellow plum and some spice, cut with a pithy citrus finish
