The Pergolas Criolla Blanca is produced with a blend of white varieties, including Torrontes Sanjuano and Mendocino as well as other Criolla varieties. Aged for 7 months in concrete tank. Neutral oak barrels, and 50 liter demijohns on the lees. Notes of sharp citrus with hints of lime and passion fruit, elegant smooth finish and light.
