About the producer:Husband and wife team Ambra and Franco transformed their humble farm on the shores of Lake Garda into one of the best wineries in the vicinity in the early 1990s. Their now 18 hectare estate produces exclusively white wine made from Turbiana, with refreshing balance and minerality. The name refers to the wolves of legend which inhabited the area. Ambra and Franco strike a great balance between using modern technology, such as temperature control in the cellar, and traditional methods to create quality wines that are clean, approachable and delicious.
