Fresh, savoury flavour, with light tannins and light spice. A part of the grapes is then dried in order to provide a pleasant roundness to the wine.

About the producer: Pierpaolo and Stefano took over their family vineyard in the early 90s on the hills Marano, San Pietro in Cariano and Negrar in Valpolicella. Their wines are in some ways very modern showing the bright fruits flavours from Corvina grapes. Natural farming and wild yeast also give an extra kick to them!
